out of the blue, he asked

if i've found my ikigai

like the fellow creatures of mine

i'd spent forever looking for it

before i quit

someday may he find his

so to live always matters to him

someday may he be with

a complete soul who still believes

in another life may I be this

somebody who deserves ecstasy

somebody whose meaning figured,

somebody he proudly calls his.
