C-Suite, a SaaS Enterprise Governance Solution

Vector 1 (Stroke).png

Owned by CMC Technology, the 4th biggest technology solution provider in Vietnam, C-Suite is an all-in-one business management platform designed to streamline and automate various aspects of organizational processes. The web app offers a wide range of tools for customer relationship management (CRM), project management, team collaboration, and communication.

I joined C-Suite when there were only 5 people on the team. 2 months later, C-Suite was officially on Appstore and CH Play. We later grew to a department of more than 30 members.

Hi, I'm the one behind C-Push!

This module was developed to improve internal communication and enhance employee satisfaction. It enables HR teams to design and configure customized notifications on the C-Suite platform, streamlining communication and ensuring relevant information reaches employees efficiently.

Set up internal communications and launch notifications. You decide:

Who receives the message. Whether your target audience are certain departments or people whose birthday today

What is shown in the notification, including text, icons, and emojis

Where your recipients land at after tapping the notification

How long the message lasts on their C-Suite homescreen

When your employees/users receive the message

How effective the message is based on the report on your admin dashboard, showing the number of sent and read messages

01

Identifying the Problem and Opportunity

I led the creation of C-Push from initial concept to implementation. I identified a recurring gap in how organizations communicate internally, especially from HR to employees. Existing tools were fragmented, generic, or lacked targeting and relevance, leading to message fatigue and low engagement. I proposed C-Push as a dedicated module within the C-Suite platform to solve this problem and improve employee experience through structured, purposeful communication.

Problem discovery

HR teams relied on fragmented tools to communicate critical information, resulting in message overload, poor targeting, and low employee engagement. Important updates were often missed, delayed, or misunderstood. C-Push was created to centralize, structure, and deliver relevant HR communications in a clear, timely, and targeted way.

02

User and Stakeholder Research

To ensure C-Push truly served its users, I conducted qualitative and contextual research focused on HR teams and employees. The goal was to understand real communication challenges, daily workflows, and pain points when delivering internal announcements. These insights directly informed feature prioritization and interaction design decisions.

User persona creation

I created clear user personas for HR managers and internal communications teams to anchor design decisions in real needs. This ensured workflows, language, and controls matched users’ responsibilities and experience levels, making C-Push approachable for non technical users managing critical communication.

Feature Definition and Information Architecture

Based on research findings, I translated user needs into clear product features and structured the information architecture of C-Push. The focus was on simplicity, flexibility, and scalability, allowing HR teams to configure notifications without friction while maintaining clarity for employees.

Feature prioritization

I prioritized features that directly addressed user pain points, such as targeted notifications and scheduling. This ensured C-Push focused on high-impact functionality first, allowing HR teams to communicate effectively without being overwhelmed by unnecessary complexity.

04

UX and Interaction Design

I designed intuitive user flows and interactions that allow HR teams to create and manage notifications efficiently. The focus was on reducing cognitive load, minimizing steps, and ensuring that complex configuration options remained approachable and easy to understand.

User flow mapping

I mapped complete user journeys from message creation to delivery to ensure each step felt logical and efficient. This helped HR users understand where they were in the process and reduced friction during time-sensitive communication tasks.

05

Collaboration, Testing, and Iteration

Throughout the project, I worked closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment. I continuously validated design decisions through feedback loops and iterative improvements, ensuring the final solution met both user and business expectations.

Making of C-Push.PNG

C-Push was successfully adopted by the CMC TSSG HR Department during the 2022 company trip to Phu Yen, supporting communication for approximately 400 employees. HR teams used C-Push to send real-time announcements, reminders, gathering notices, and meal time updates, enabling smooth coordination and significantly reducing communication effort while improving clarity and employee experience.
